    While he is a great manager, he comes at a high cost. He's used to spending lots of money now to get the team he wants, and we haven't got the budget. Whether it's down to the clubs in don't know, but since he left West Ham, he's had no interest in youth academies at all. And that is exactly what our future success will rely on, if we're to swim with the big fish... And of course MH shouldn't be sacked, we will be absolutely fine this year and beyond....

    If TF had thoughts of getting rid of MH he would have done it already and got the new man in for the transfer window, I am not impressed with MH at the moment but he needs to be given more time.
