Well let's be honest. Hands up those that would have taken a performance like that and a draw before kick off? First points, first goals, brilliant team performance with 2 silly mistakes which got punished. Yes, we should have won but play that way for the rest of the season and we won't go too far wrong.
BUT Fantasy prem.. Yaya goal, tevez goal, gerrard assist, Suarez goal. Still wish we would have won though :/
Well, we really should have won but it's a decent result regardless. Performance was very encouraging however. Sterling - brilliant game.
I think we would have all taken a point before the game but it feels slightly disappointing. Lots of positives and some negatives to take from today.
Hard, I thought the defence made 2 mistakes which led to goals, but Kelly was solid, Coates was excellent after a shaky start. Skrtel was solid and bar the silly mistake would have been motm and Johnson/Enrique were solid.
Very happy with that performance overall. Like others have said, silly mistakes cost us yet again. We really need to sort these out. Sterling was great, should definitely start the next game. Offers more to the team than Downing and Borini put together.

Sterling has made a great claim for that first team spot, he was lively in Preseason and his first two full matches he's been one of the stand out players on the pitch. What a future this lad has

I think Pepe if far from his A game, not sure if he is still happy here. Sterling was fantastic Borini just needs more time, but his effort was excellent Oh Skrtel, what were you thinking? And everyone was worried about Coates ****ing up I'm still delighted, we deserved to win, on effort, but when we gift goals like that, then maybe the draw was fair, either way it was a stunning game of football. After the West Brom game, it was 100% improvement, and we were not beaten at Anfield, OK we dropped points again, but better than what over 50% of the people in the vote thought would happen. Anyone who goes on a radio phone in and complains about anything needs to get to ****ery! And to the part time arseholes who left the kop before the game was over.....**** RIGHT OFF, you don't deserve a ticket, thinking that getting to your car and avoiding some traffic is more important than seeing the conclusion of that game, you should be ashamed of yourselves, you plastic bastards
Big thanks for that. Fantastic performance today, apart from the two obvious moments. We really should have won that. Allen, Kelly, Sterling and Skrtel (bar the Tevez assist) were all awesome. The rest of the team all put in a good shift. We dominated that midfield with skill, class and composure. Two super goals, especially Suarez's. You could really see great team spirit and Rodger's ideas shining through. Massive shame that we actually gifted them their goals, but I know they will get a rollerking for it from Rodgers. A liitle bit more fire up front and we would have cruised.
Didnt watch the game but from whats been said Liverpool showed why City are anything but certainties for the title. Heard for large parts they were poor and Liverpool basically drew with themselves.
