No, it's just Diaby has been a weak link. And i'm trying to be optimistic, that why i'm giving Gerv the benefit of the doubt.
I've criticised Diaby for a long time, but today we are dominating the midfield. Diaby is playing well, but I think it's because he's a different kind of player to Cazorla/Arteta. Diaby is strong and runs with it, the Spanish players are smaller ans pass more. He gives us something different.

One thing i have to mention, how much better we look defensively. Maybe Bouldy is weaving him magic already.
I honestly thought Stoke would offer more of a threat than this. They've been non-existent attack wise.
Defensively we look better. Mertesacker has actually been good. (told you we would stick with him) Gervinho's end product is like Theo Walcotts 4 years ago.
Theo wouldn't have any effect in this game. He's suited to defences that play a high line, Stoke are basically playing 8 deep defenders, Theo wouldn't be able to get in behind.
looked a dive by pennant, but a warning that stoke are getting stronger. we need a goal and quickly, then settle the game down for a bit.
