This shouldn't ever happen. Considering how early TT set off for games.

There was a accident on the m11, Leyton Orient postponed their match with Hartlepool as the team coach got caught in it.

Well whoever is travelling by train gets a treat. Steve Bruce can't do the post-match interview because he has to catch it

Your starting to sound like a prissy old queen. Give it a rest. I assume the team coach is coming back up north? Yes? So Sb has the choice. You dont know where he is going do you? He may be going to Heathrow or Stansted to catch a flight. What do you want the Allams to do hire a Lear jet??

And we are paying him a million quid a year, he can pay his own fukin travel.

So let's say they put the game back for fans who are late arriving, what about the fans who then have to leave the game early because they're booked on set trains?

Thank you :). Shame we couldn't get the three points in the end to make it a slight bit better lol.

And also to Ricardo; does putting the game back what half an hour really affect train times too much? If so then I apologise but I think it's fair on us all then. It's not TOO much and at least the coaches and car loads of people on the M11 get to see a half of footy instead of 20 mins. Although Tiger Travel DID set off too late; should have been 7.30/8 in my opinion; not 8.50

Did you all get to at least listen to the game? Really ****ty luck being on the M11 at that time by the sounds of it, and I hope you all get something back.

unfortunately no. Bbc London never even mentioned the charlton game. we had someone with text updates at the back at the coach. Also, I doubt well get anything, everyone involved (city, tiger travel and Charlton) will not say its their fault. We all though 8.45 was too late and it should have been known something was happeing so we could divert somewhere. Shame really, free travel to another game would be nice in my eyes

Meh that sucks. Annoys me you can't get RH outside of the region, unless you know about Dazeds site. I hope you do all get at least free travel as a gesture from the club. Seems odd saying they left later this week too, wasn't someone moaning they always leave way too early on another thread :)

Hope your birthday was ok in the end and at least you didnt all miss any goals! :D

To be fair, did anyone know that you would arrive at that time? You might have been there in 30 minutes, or it could have been hours.

Putting the game back 30 minutes, an hour (or more), would probably cause a lot more inconvenience to the thousands at the game, than it would benefit the few hundred stuck on the motorway.
