Missed MOTD last night (cries of lightweight), but have seen Wigan goals this morning on Sky so I have now moved on. Thankfully we have a game on Tuesday and, unlike a few, I recognise that there is still a lot of the season to go.

 

I deliberately missed it , quality signings or we are buggered .

 

I partly agree with you, nothing wrong with who we have signed but we should have signed a CB and a natural winger rather than another striker. Adkins is faced with playing a striker out of position after we paid a record fee for him. For whatever reason, Adkins hasn't been given the players he needed to make a good fist of it. He needed them in preseason not after season started. Where I differ is that no team can be written off so early...we have plenty of time to get sorted out but I think Adkins hasn't been helped by lack of signings.
