oh and weve moved up to 17th![]()
come on guys, its only the second game ffs..give the team time to gel and then if we are still failing then have a moan...and id wager that most supporters would have taken a point before the game,so lets all try to be positive![]()
Ill quit going if we bring that **** back.
agreedNo, we bought early so as to avoid having to let the side gel during the season. What was preseason for? It looks like it was completely useless.
At least last week we could appeal to the "freak" first day results to justify the side's performance. After today we just have to admit they're not very good at the moment. I think Norwich look like relegation fodder, which puts that performance into perspective.

Cheer up everyone! We always play sh*t against norwich, we usually have a player sent off and lose too. Didn't happen today, so thats an improvement. By the way we haven't won away since last November, so getting anything at Carrow road is worth celebrating. Even better if the canaries are pissed off they didn't win!![]()
thank GOD! someone with a bit of positivity instead of the "were doomed" comments .
Cisse looked really good in the pre-season games I sawIts not losing that hurts(ok maybe a bit) its the attitude shown by some of the players!. Even if you are playing badly, you ****ing well make sure your chase everything down and earn your 70 grand a week!...Cisse at times looked like he didnt give a ****. If that continues,I think Zamora/Johnson could be worth trying(they played together at Fulham) and at least Johnson works hard. Do some of the players not get on?. Just dont seem that close to MH?.I dunno.![]()
A point is positive because we didn't deserve a point, and because Norwich had countless chances to win during the second half.
A preseason looked to be enough for Swansea's players to gel based on their last two performances. Hell, even Norwich's centre backs looked better than ours- and they joined on wednesday!
I don't buy the whole "don't complain about performances because you've got to support your team". Of course i'll support them, and i'm confident we'll get back on track. But we've been far below the levels we expected against Swansea/Norwich so far, and are justified in being pissed off.
We'll never improve if we shy away from critically assessing our poor performances by hiding behind a happy-clappy "lets just be positive" attitude.
..but for some help from the referee (Dodgy penalty, didn't spot Green handle outside the area) you would be on 0 points and bottom of the league.
