Let me be the first to say we look forward to you all crying about how the Champions League is now fixed and the European referees are deep within our pockets. The next 5 Champions League campaigns will have the following winners. Man Utd Man Utd Man Utd Stoke City - Eventually awarded to Man Utd due to it being football and not a scrap Man Utd Enjoy
You know what I find ridiculous? Rival fans bitch, whine, moan and cry that football is fixed in Man Utd's favour whilst at the same time saying Man Utd are sore and bitter losers
They are sore and bitter losers. Even on Monday Ferguson failed to congratulate Everton and accused them of being long-ball merchants. He said ''All Everton did was launch the ball up to Felliani''
Here's what he actually said: He actually said the reason Man Utd lost was poor finishing whilst Everton got their shots on target. He also said that Everton's strategy to get the ball up to Fellaini was justified.
..... but that's all Everton did! Im not bitter about it, Everton away is no easy game and we didn't score so can hardly complain about losing. But all they did that match is lump the ball upto Fellaini, who then managed to score from a corner. Not exactly a genius masterplan and imo neither team could be said to have deserved to win.
This I only have a problem with United glory hunters and Fergie's occasional whinge when he comes face to face with a loss.
Like I said, he said all Everton did was lump the ball up to Felliani. He must have been watching a different game to the rest of us. I thought Everton played smashing football and were more than worthy of their 3 points. It was not long ball in any way.
Most of time he actually praises the opposition and acknowledges that they deserved to win. Don't just believe the stupid headlines the press come out with.
Berb, I never believe headlines. It's just my opinion from what I see in post match interviews/conferences. He's a sore loser, can't blame him for it but it's not a trait I like. Don't worry though, he hasn't got a scratch on Wenger.
He's not alone in being a sore loser, almost every manager at the top is a sore loser, but to claim he isn't is a joke.
Ok, I'll post some examples of what a 'sore' loser Sir Alex is. After losing the title to Man City: After defeat to Crystal Palace in the Carling Cup: After defeat to Wigan:
Surely you've got to agree he is a massively sore loser. Not at Wenger's level but he's definitely up there with the best of them.
Have ypou read the piece on the Palace defeat. He's having a go at the linesman, it has to be someone elses fault. He's criticising Wigan for closing them down. The man is a joke. What were Wigan supposed to do? Stand off them?
Selective reading? It seems you've not read any of it. He's a sore loser, and there's no debating it.
Fergie is a winner, losing is something that causes him distress. As for class, Dalglish couldnt praise the teams that beat Liverpool last season once ( that I recall ). I do remember how you LFC lot thought it was humorous that he always stated Liverpool were the better side.
