I don't believe Jenkins did do everything he could to keep Joe, I think Jenkins was more than happy with the 15 million we had for him and wouldn't mind betting that it would have discussed between Rogers and Jenkins before Rogers left. Hi guys! It's history. Non of us knows the whole story. We can discuss as much as we want, but as long as nobody knows the whole story it's just bollocks. Fact (a misused word in this forum) is Joe Allen went to Liverpool at a price of around £15 mill!! Yes, he is local, but it is no problem using a fraction of that to pick up a better player. Just look at what ML's doing! Our current manager has a lot bigger scoutingnetwork, just look at what kind of players ML is picking up of his hat vs what BR did. I don't like the way the media says it happende as it could seem that BR went around the agreement. But we do not know exactly what happend! Only HJ, BR and a few more knows for sure. Bottom line is Joe Allen wanted to go. Maybe BR manipulated him, maybe not. It's not the end of the world. Both BR and Joe Allen did a job for us and now they are gone. We are bringing in new ones to do a better job then what thay did and to play their part of the molding of Swansea City AFC. Right now BR and Joe means nothing to me as they are no longer a part of Swansea City. Right now ML, Michu and all the others means everything, because they are a part of Swansea City! The story (the day of the incident) was that the work was accidentally put online by an over-night intern who didn't know the story he was uploading. I imagine these journalists all have people below them that check stories, place them online etc. Of course this is speculation. Even if it was Marcos himself (o great one is he) it's a moot point. It was not condoned, sanctioned or even in the knowledge of LFC or the relevant part of FSG that is to do with Liverpool (Werner and Henry are our principle owners). Of course all revolutions must end... hopefully ours will end well. I'll probably change my name to reflect my love for a former great - maybe Igor Biscan. Good question though. Totally agree, he's still contracted to Fulham and should behave like a professional. Personally, if I was Rogers, I wouldn't want him now as he's showing himself to be a spoilt child
