Poor Moira Brown Eh weapons and ammo isn't a problem now, having got the Gaus Gun, it's almost too easy! Even deathclaws are a piece of cake now. Though having ghouls take over Tenpenny Tower sounds like a plan. Though I've mostly been playing New Vegas recently, that's hard! Hardcore mode isn't as hardcore as I anticipated, but everywhere I go there's things that can wipe you out in seconds: those flying things to the north, deathclaws to the north east, super mutants to the east and those big ass gecko things all over the place.

Going north at the beginning is suicide, but make sure you go as far as the graveyard, as there is a snowglobe next to one of the gravestones. If they want to make hardcore mode properly hardcore, they should get rid of fast travel, and possibly implement some sort of transportation system in its place.
