Mancini is starting the mind games early. Anyone who thinks we are title contenders needs putting in a mental home.
He will be awesome for us I feel, the perfect foil to what is missing in that midfield, aka the alonso role. BUT we still need the poacher I feel up top.
Sounds genuine that Carroll was injured. Just feel we won't be bringing anyone else in up top, sadly.
It's pretty clear we need that though. Suarez seems to have the same problems as last year, Carroll can't stay fit and when fit we don't really know how he will fit in with this system. Borini could possibly be it but I just feel one more whos strength is just being in the right place at the right time would be huge for us in the long haul of the year.
I don't think they are mind games. I think he just draws attention away from his team, I don't think he is trying to play with our heads.
Technically we are contending for the title. Its just neither we nor anyone else expects us to come anywhere near.
I can garantee that Berb or UIR will make a thread on the United board about Mancini saying we can win the title.
Something is not quite right about Mancini in my opinion.. I think he has a screw loose somewhere. He always makes strange comments about how his opposition are always the favorites from United down to Norwich; i Believe the mind games he had with bacon-face have effected him in some way. Mind you whatever he is doing seems to work. Maybe he has decided there is no comment he can give to the media which can help his team so he has resulted to rambling about any old c**p, thus confusing the media and in turn maybe his opposition!
