If TV wanted to move it they would, it still might be moved for tv anyway. It's a ridiculous decision to move it IMO.
I never suggested it had been moved for tv, other than now the ko has been changed it may open it up for that possiibility. As to the change itself, blame the authorities. I actually dont care one way or the other for the sake of 150mins.
Speaking of time... Is there a reason that Tiger Travel is leaving at 5pm for the Donny game next Tuesday? It's 45 minutes down the motorway, why the **** are they leaving nearly 3 hours before kick-off? It's actually putting me off going, knowing that I'll be loitering around waiting for the game to start.
theyve always done it, remember been stuck in a car park in chester from about midday once when i was too young to go to pub..
I've not been to an away game for 18 months, and fancied cramming two in in the space of four days. They did it last year when we went to Scunny. One-and-a-half hours walking around a Tesco in a ****, mini Kingswood PS. Anyone know what time we'll be back at the KC tomorrow night? I'm trying to make arrangements and want to know if I can catch the last Hull-to-Beverley bus PS. PS. Does anyone know how many of us are going tomorrow?
I never said you did, but what I mean is that the TV don't care what the kick off time is already, they'll change it if they want to.
I think it's a good move, it's got trouble written all over it what with the huddersfield proper well hard crew and the hull solid as owt white lightning massive larking about...
FFS! First the Leeds home match at Christmas and now this? Looks like I'm going to miss the first halves of both of these matches due to work commitments! ****ing plods! What trouble are they really expecting between us and Huddersfield?
Agree with Bob, there were problems in 2004 when Huddersfield came here so can understand the plod being a bit cautious. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the return fixture at Huddersfield also a 12-30 kick off?
The only City match I've been to where there was trouble was that 2004 match against Huddersfield. But still, that was EIGHT years ago.
To be honest I don't see what difference the time makes to trouble makers, I can understand that the vast majority are unemployed dole dossers who stay in bed til midday, but the sad truth is these things probably get more excited about hitting someone over the head with a brick than us people do about the game, so I'm sure getting up an hour and a half earlier wont be a huge problem for them and will make **** all difference. Same goes when they move them to midweek games, surely playing at night (specially in winter when it gets dark) makes it even easier for these bacteria to crack in with their ****!
I'd say they're even worse than our lot. I haven't seen our lot turn round and issue a press release saying they had nothing to do with a kick off change/ticket arrangements, blaming it on another group when everybody in that group (except the police rep) has already come out and said they disagreed with the decision the police were forcing on them.
I don't know how to YouTube link from my iPhone but stick '**** the police jay and silent bob' in YouTube. Knowing full well from first hand experiences how ****ing useless and lazy the old bill are, this is quite how I feel about those lazy bastards changing our kick off times at their will, making me set off from Leicester at 9:30 instead of 11, just so they can get back home an hour and a half earlier to watch their usual **** man u or Liverpool 5:30 kick off on sky. ****ing bacon sandwich bastards. That is all.
