He should do as Brendan carried out the transfer through the press, he has no integrity at all. And Martin Jol is spot on with the complaint, Brendan and Liverpool have proven themselves underhanded and devious.

Fair play now Dai, Rodgers admitted in the press he'd like to sign Dempsey. No wonder Fulham are fuming he unsettled their player.

Dai, despite what you think you know, I'd suspect the FA may have a better idea whether it was right or wrong. You seem to be in a minority (again) of thinking that rogers has acted honourably

there is not a manager who does not say that he likes a player from time to time, there is no law against that, In our case it was not Brendan but Kenny who said he wanted joe. .... I don't know why there is so much sour grapes towards Brendan, If you are angry with someone then look no further than Joe....He was the one that was not letting anything get in his way to stop him joining Liverpool....we had a fantastic deal thanks to Brendan and we have a lot to be greatful to him for without all this nonchalance that makes it look like sour grapes.....Its over, finished and everyone's a winner...

<doh> nothing wrong ? Honestly you don't half come out with garbage at times, he has unsettled players and turned their heads in the press, Liverpool appear to be doing this since the yanks have taken over, it's obviously their way of doing business. We have got £22m for the way they do business, what has Fulham got ? Sod all apart from a player who won't play for them again ! I hope they throw the book at them

Wrong where is your proof.......If he had done wrong then why is he at liverpool now...What is the difference between joe wanting to leave and sinclair wanting to go.....i rest my case....no story here only sour grapes...I could not care less about fulham thats their affair, but in our case it was all above board in liverpools case...

As long as it doesn't consume cycles on our part, we should file a similar complaint. In this current atmosphere of "**** you, I come first, forget what I said, watch what I do", it's all fair in love, war and apparently football. So in this respect, anything that distracts Liverpool and Rodgers from what they should be doing would be to our benefit, in fact to the benefit of every other club. Power to Fulham because they are in the same position as us, they get preyed upon by the Big clubs just as easily. They have a key player in their side getting his head turned and compromising their squad preparation and competitiveness. Rodgers needs to learn to shut the **** up.

The FA will determine the level of proof required and whether there has been any wrong doing. It's not about sour grapes, it's about ensuring that liberties are not taken and that the sport is played on the field and not in the media.

What the hell is Martin Jol thinking? Why didn't he just come on here and ask Dai if there's anything wrong with it before wasting his time with the FA??
I don't have sour grapes as like you say, we've come out of it smelling of roses with a manager who so far seems to have more tactical nounce in his left bollock than rogers has in his 4 million page dossier, not to mention the 22 million t'at we've creamed from liverpool that is going towards bringing some outstanding talent in.
I know for a fact that Allen didn't want to go anywhere before rogers publicly tapped him up and I've stated on here before that I knew first hand that Allen was indecisive going into the last week of his move, so it's absolute bollocks that nothing was going to stand in his way of the move.
I hold nothing against Joe and will hopefully be going with the Mrs to visit him and his Mrs shortly. It is a chance of a lifetime for him and I wish him all the luck in the world.

Where's my proof ? Probably the 1001 newspaper reports and news items out there. He conducted the transfer in the press if you can't see it I question your eyesight, hearing and intellectual capacity to comprehend what is going around you in regards to this

Dai, this is about Jol and Dempsey not Allen and the Swans.

Fulham have reported Liverpool and Rodgers admitted in the press he would like to have Dempsey. Fulham are fuming and rightly so.

sorry joe is at liverpool i rest my case,..... If it was not above board then he would still be with us....sour grapes in the highest order <doh> .....You have got to know the rules to ever get one past me..<ok> Brendan is a honourable man towards us and it was joe who would not listen and wanted a move, brendan wanted him but would not come in for him ...so what is he suppose to do. he was dammed if he did and he was dammed if he didn't....Like i say ...no story here...

That's probably my fault for asking if Jenkins would do the same. Personally I think not because I suspect that maybe when they made their 12 month no touch agreement, they could have agreed that Allen was the exception for an exceptional fee.
Jenkins has been pretty quiet about it when you'd normally expect him to be kicking off

Joe is at liverpool because rogers tapped him up with a deal that he ultimately couldn't turn down. If he's wanted to go that bad, rogers wouldn't have had to treble his wages would he?
You'd have to be up on your common sense to get one over me <doh>

There is no sour grapes at all, but to put bluntly you'd have to bloody utterly stupid if you didn't know that he was tapped up in the press. The difference with Fulham and us is that we have been paid a great fee for Joe, but they have so far got nothing for clint, he's done exactly the same thing with them. Go and ask some Fulham fans how they feel right now
