Daryll Duffy was pretty dire. Chris Brown in our 2005 season I think it was, he wasn't exactly explosive in his finishing. He was then kicked out of Sunderland for having an orgy with a couple of other footballers and a 16 year old girl. And now he's at Donny. In fact, he'll probably line up against us on Tuesday.

As an aside, what is it about the name Chris Brown that makes them act like ****s? There was a lad called Chris Brown in my year and he was a total tosspot as well!

I'll never forget the penalty he missed against Cardiff that he chipped down the middle.

Jonny Walters never really got going here second time around, although there was stuff going on in his life which makes it understandable.

Is that the one that missed and he tried to do a scorpion kick to follow it up?

Yep. He'd been with us about a season and a half by then I think and not scored. I'm not sure how much he played for us after that.

    Caleb Folan
Alex Dyer? As much as I thought he was great back then he never really scored alot.
Andy Saville (came up through the ranks mind) wasn't prolific enough I thought.

Dyer played as a fullback/wing half anyway & Saville was our main striker with Frankie Bunn when I first started taking an interest in football so I'm not going to slate him..

You can't put Folan on the list, he was **** in the Premier League, but he was very good for us in the promotion season.

Remember when Peter Taylor said Danny Webb would be the next big thing! Aparrently he is now a defender in the conference, bostick, rymans league or something for Dover! It was clear in 2003 he was never going to be a goal scorer!

Manucho scored 2 goals (one in the FA Cup)

recently, Rowan Vine was shyte & Zaki a total waste of space..

He's just been signed by Dover Athletic in the Conference South, the manager who's signed him is one Nicky Forster.

Nicky Forster. He was fantastic in our near relegation from the championship season! Excellent work rate! Oh other good strikers turned crap strikers. Gary Alexander and Danny Allsopp. Fantastic for a season and a half then that was it. Although I did hear a rumour as to why they lost their scoring boots!

    I really like Nicky Forster.

And the only reason Danny Allsopp's strike dropped in the 2004-5 season, was because Stu Elliot took all the shots himself. <laugh>

Not exactly strikers, but David Beresford and Ryan Williams where quite bad for the money spent on them. They use to be great at beating players, but then would just shank into the stands. I remember Williams killing us wile playing for Chesterfield.
