I feel a Don Logan moment coming on......no,no,no, NO, NO, no,no,no, NO, etc, etc We support QPR. We want Chelsea to lose. There can be no argument about this. We are not in a relegation battle. It's August FFS. We have played one game. Of course it would be nice if both teams could lose, but only one can, so let's hope it's Chelsea.

Completely agree with Oslo and Londoncalling. It may only be the start of the season, but it still matters. We are not going to be challenging Chelsea for a league place, but we may be challenging Reading.
When we were so close to getting relegated as we were last season, obviously we have been relegation candidates since then, and will be until we get past 40 points or so this time. That's the reality unfortunately, but the ride should be as much fun as last season, if we get the same result!
Andy, you'll find that most (if not all) supporters from other Countries don't understand the Chelsea thing so they'll want them to beat other teams around our level.
kind of thing i hate about football is that mentality, it is up to us to survive we cant rely on other people to lose at least not in the 1st week of the season! (unless it's our opponents...)
What a difference a week makes? before the season we were going to finish 10-14th and after 1 game we are relegation material? Sorry but what rubbish people are talking. WE WONT be near the bottom at the end of the season. Reading will go down because they won't be good enough. I will agree they have fight but sadly lack quality. please don't worry about us after one game.
