    Now I would never want us to go and lose a game. In fact I honestly believe we will win this weekend. However if we do lose....... Blackpool (3rd bottom) will be on 36 points. Oviously sunderland are going to lose and thus there are only 2 points between the two teams.

    Its a dream really but I honestly think that after getting the point against the Manu we are safe so it wouldnt be a complete disaster if we do lose....

    So I am going to go out on a limb and say that this weekend is THE WEEKEND THAT THE UNWASHED GO DOWN!

    Calm down, I don't think they will go down plus I can see us winning saturday. This may seem strange but I want Sunderland in this league because I love watching the derbies and it's a day where Ameobi comes alive for once.

    I don't like the derby games, personally and would like to see Sunderland go down, however not if it means us losing to anyone even Blackpool.

    As much as I'd laugh myself inside-out if they were relegated I'd be sad to see them go, the derbies make the season that little bit more special<ok>

    Sunderland are perfectly capable of getting themselves relegated without any help whatsoever from us.

    I think we should shut up about Sunderland getting relegated, because we saw the reaction at the SoS when we got relegated, we don't want to seem like we care as much as them, because we'll be just as bad.

    I wont be having a group **** at SJP if it does happen, like they did when it was confirmed we were relegated.

    I love and hate derby days. I can't see Sunderland getting relegated.

    I love the derbies myself, having Mackem relatives & friends makes it for me. The joy of having bragging rights for weeks afterwards & the sheer terror felt if we're ever trailing. The stress probably knocks a few years off my life but I wouldn't want it any other way!

    This. I hate the pre-match nerves, and the restless sleep the night before. But the feeling you get from a win, is irreplaceable. So, for that feeling, alone.....I kinda want them in the league.

    Has anyone looked on their board today?
    They don't think they will go down, however they are talking about how Martin O'Neill isn't a good enough manager for them and Louis Van Gaal should be their target when they force out Bruce! <doh>
