He has to earn his place ahead of Harper, if he plays badly he should be dropped. Keep him in for the Blackpool game and if he plays well let him keep his place. It would be very unfair to guarantee him a place for the last 5 games.

And I didnt read the article because if I'm honest, I couldnt be arsed, but how many times have you watched Forster this season?

I agree with this article. Krul should be our number 1.

THREE? ****ing hell, stop the presses. You congratulate Krul for some of the things he does that wont have been captured on camera, yet fail to realise you're not getting full picture just by watching Forster on the tv. I take it Forster's your new hate campaign up along with Willo then

Harper has been our 2nd choice for years. This is his first proper stay between the sticks and you want him gone already?.
He has shown great loyalty to the club and I think its only fair to give him no.1 til he's retiring or past it.
He's been excellent (ignoring the stoke game) and consistent all season.

    You suck Tash.

In all seriousness though, it's a tricky one. The only way we can really make a reliable choice on who is the best is to give Forster a shot in the EPL against some of the worlds best strikers. We've seen Krul play in the EPL and he's done well, but we need to see Forster as well. It'll provide a direct comparison.

So, on that note, it wouldn't be so bad if Krul went out on-loan and Forster got his chance to have a season in the EPL.

I'm not much of a fan of Forster's attitude though. I think his loan and his first choice keeper position has went to his head. Krul seems prepared to wait it out and fight for the spot, but Forster seems like he'd just throw a strop if he came back here and didn't play every week.

    you must spread some rep....

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So unless Forster wants to be our 3rd choice, i suggest he has another loan spell
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Another loan spell???
thats three seasons in a row that'll have him loaned out.Tim should be loaned out and Forster be our 2nd choice keeper.

Honestly I've only watched Forster 8-10 times this season so I wont say he never makes mistake because everyone does but in all the games I watched he played fantastic. He completely dominates the box (I assume the fact he's 6ft6 helps ;) ) He's a fantastic shot stopper as well. The only fault on his game is his distribution which can be poor and lacklustre at times. This said I think next season he should be the number 2 keeper whilst krul goes out on loan so we can see forster in the EPL and at toon whilst keeping Krul happy by having him playing regular football
