To be perfectly honest, Boab, when was the last time we were comfortable for a sustained period? I think you have to look back to the EPL days, tbh. Ever since, I've watched Leeds through my fingers. You just can't trust Leeds these days, especially the defence. And that's where I'm getting some positive stirrings - I firmly believe we now have a manager who will iron out the problems in defence. Sadly, and surprisingly, DOL was the last manager to achieve that.

I go back to why we are playing Peltier out of position when we have Drury on the bench. <grr>

Sorry guys, I just cannot get past this.

I know what you're saying, Jonny, but I trust Warnock to make the right decisions. I don't always agree with them, but then again, I don't have all the facts to hand like he does. You're right - it doesn't smell right, but whatever it is is being kept under wraps, and it's probably for the best.

now i know i cant really gloat this week but is it true kenny was a bit of a fault for the 2 goals?

also, the drastic difference in mood on this thread and the complete reversal of you and millwall was also quite amusing <ok>

Not good enough. Simple as that. Why are we not good enough? No depth. No attacking talent. Having to sell our attacking talent to bring in "solid" players who don't contribute anything other than being solid.

Big mouth for someone who lost 5-0 at home on the opening day of the season. And that wasn't even to the world beaters in the Premier League, was Swansea City!

That invitation was for someone else to stop on by just once a year - as much as we can tolerate that poster.

You, on the other hand, never would be too soon for you to come back.

See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya! :emoticon-0173-middl

Just watched the goals: Goal #2 young Byram stretched out and went to ground trying to stop a pass leaving a Blackpool player unmarked for a simple cross and tap in. Their first goal also came from a cross from the same side.

Neil Warnock certainly marked Ince out as a menace. He altered the shape of his team following Saturday’s victory over Wolves, just to attempt to nullify the former Liverpool youngster’s threat. Left-footed, Ince likes to dart inside from the right so Warnock redeployed his captain Lee Peltier from the centre to follow him.
The move initially worked. Leeds were robust in defence. There is a sense that Jason Pearce, the centre- back picked from the carcass of Portsmouth, will be crucial if a play-off push becomes reality. Acting as the gatekeeper in front of him was Rudolph Austin; a Jamaican signed from Brann in Norway. He will tackle anything that moves.
Only Tom Lees remains in the back line from Simon Grayson’s era and his role was crucial early on. First, he was lucky to escape a more severe punishment following a lunge at the ankle of Gary Taylor-Fletcher. Shortly afterwards, he nodded in the opener via a Ross McCormack corner. Yet Leeds would soon lose control.
