    the emphasis on winning by any means (rather than by skill) which means abusing and intimidating officials & cheating to gain a decision both become perfectly acceptable whilst never being watchable or justifiable.


    3a lot of club owned by foreigners.??
    is that 3 cause it decline in england and lost a lot of followers?
