Use this thread to discuss everything that you love about big Yann. From his breakfast diet to:
For the record, I thought he was a decent player. He always won his headers and had superb technical ability and with maybe another year with us (which he'd have got if it wasnt for his stupidity) then I think hed have been a good player at this level. I dont hate him because he was **** (although his finishing was), I just hate him for putting his ego before the club.
Kermit has come out and said that he did mean this and you could see by his celebration that he was not surprised that it went in
< Nah, just excellent goalkeeping. No other goalkeeper could save a penalty of such accuracy and power
Anyone who reads this thread only and ignores the other Kermit thread is missing out. The Yann song is hilarious.
Yann was **** for us but you could always see his potential. Weather he is good enough for the championship remains to be seen but I think he will do alright for you without setting the world on fire.
Hopefully he doesn't. It might have been bad at Leicester, but no need to take it out on the world. That said, it would stop people watching his penalty on YouTube
I dont think people will ever stop watching the song for him on youtube though. Yann is going to have to do something very special for you or his time in England will just be remembered for that song and peno
Leading us to promotion was pretty special... Scored several amazing goals on the way, inc the winner in our record breaking game at the Valley. That said, I don't think he's done. He has nothing to prove to CAFC fans, and I don't think he feels he has anything to prove to LCFC (sorry!).
No need for the apology - I am yet another Leicester fan with a soft spot for Charlton going back many years - I posted so when you guys dropped into L1 - Kermo is just another ex player with an infamous penalty miss to his name
Completely off topic but I used to go to a fantastic curry house in Leicester called "Friends" regularly in the mid to late 90s. Not been there for years. Is it still there and as good as ever?
You call that stupidity?? NASA are still searching for the ball from Bailey's penalty. Footballs don't grow on trees
