BBC are reporting that Sinclair is on his way to Citeh, http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19327135 Well thanks for the goals kid, and don't let the door smack you on the arse on the way out. Now where's Hernandez number?
Yes I agree musty as the reason he came to us was that he wasn't going to get a chance at chelsea. now he is off to an even stronger team, thanks for everything Scott your contribution to us getting to the prem was instrumental and I hope it works out for you at citeh. now we move onwards and upwards stid
It's funny how nobody seems that bothered about this, myself included. He has been brilliant for us and will always be appreciated, but onwards and upwards. I also find it strange that there's some brilliant young European midfield talent tripping up over themselves to come and play under one of the world's greatest, yet the British players don't seem to be arsed with what they can learn from Laudrup
If you think about it Laudrup was coming to the end of his career when Sinclair was younger than 10. He doesn't remember how great ML was and is probably watching re-runs of cribs rather than watching the classic Laudrup YouTube videos. And his missus probably wants to be back up in Mancland to further her acting career (like all those other Corrie actors who have gone onto such great things).
Your abso right SA9, pre ML a few on here, me included, would be upset at the selfishness, no loyalty etc. Now, who cares? IMLWT
I was giving the forum a rest, as i was sick of all the arguing on here. I'll join in next week if I'm still around.
What player wouldn't want to play for the Champions and have a massive pay increase to boot? If he gets games (and yes it's a big if) he could really kick on with his England aspirations. We've said ourselves that Dyer would be picked for England if he played for one of the big boys. Great for us because he'd go on a free next year anyway, and we can hopefully now land Hernandez. Hope to god we're not getting too falsely optimistic about that. Thanks Scotty - you were a massive player for us in the Championship and will be forever a legend in my eyes.
Sky Sports just reporting that we are definitely linked with Hernandez and Sinclair is almost certainly off to MC.
HTML: Don't you just love it when a plan comes together. This was a perfect piece of business for us. For two years, low rent, high return. This sounds a tad cold, but at this point I think I'm becoming numb to it all on one hand and a little more secure that we have our act together in the transfer market on the other hand. He was not setting the world on fire last season, maybe it was the system role he was asked to play, maybe the level caught up to him, but Routledge can adequately fill in and Hernandez has greater potential if we can close that deal. Best of luck to him. I shall follow his progress at City with interest, for this season anyway.
