Me. Last time I did, we lost 7-1 to Newcastle, and a couple of years later they ****ed off down the road on a Bosman...
Normally I avoid spurs players but Bale & Sig are dead certs to score tons of points over the course of the season.
Sorted... I never pick spurs players anymore because when I do they get injured... same goes for other teams too. If a player gets injured in the next week it's because I picked them
This is my tactic. I failed last year though as i had RVP in from pretty early on. I did my best, but failed
Phil Jones out until mid September Laurent Koscielny out until the end of August Sergio Aguero with a knee injury Sanchez Jose Enrique with a knock Told you I was a Jonah...
Once again I'm going to need Fantasy Football subs explained to me. I had Coloccini in my line up who was injured and Petric as my first choice sub, does that mean I'll get Petric's points at the end of the round? Even if my defender sub comes in I'll get points for Bertrand's cleansheet so I hope something happens cos my other 3 defenders shipped an impressive 7 goals between them over the weekend with Howard facing RVP and Rooney tonight Not even sure how Skrtel got me a point to be honest, he conceded 3 including one from a penalty he gave away.
Depends how many defenders you have in your starting XI - If you are set up to play 4 at the back normally, then Petric will come in as you are allowed to field 3 defenders; if you are set up to play 3 at the back normally, then Bertrand will come in as you must have at least 3 defenders. Petric will come in as long as it does not leave you with 2 at the back, in which case your first defender sub will come in. Hope this makes sense I'm desperately hoping that Ramires stays ill for Wednesday (or Carrick, Pienaar or Rooney drop out) so I can get Nathan Dyer's points, also looks like Demel will be coming in for Vertonghen for me so should climb up the league a bit at the end of the game week.
You only get his points if he was in your team this weekend. Thankfully I had him in my team But i wouldn't worry too much about points yet as long as you get your team sorted after the first two weekends and stick with it.
Yes but dyer wasn't in your starting 11 when he scored points so you won't get the points he scored on the weekend.
I had Aguero but ditched him after his injury so I fully expect him to make a miracle recovery this weekend and score a hat trick!
I'm taking out Skrtel for the weekend, definitely. Might as well put Petric in and hope he pours the misery on United. Do you know what the point of ordering the subs is, by the way?
Well I guess if any of your starting 11 are injured or banned then the subs are used in order you select, so priority is given to sub 1, if sub 1 can't go into your team due to your formation....for example ive gone 3-5-2, so if one of my defenders get's injured, my first choice sub (which is lambert) cant go in as that would mean 2-5-3! so my second choice is a defender and he would be used. That makes sense to me but if I've got that wrong then even i'm lost
Yes I will, 2 of my starting XI did not play in this gameweek - Vertonghen and (fingers crossed for Wednesday) Ramires - that means that 2 of my substitutes will come in.
So dyer was already in your team (because ramires was injured), which will mean you should already have his points. if ramires plays on wed, you won't lose dyers points.
Chelsea are playing 2 games in this 'gameweek' so I need Ramires to be injured for both of them for Dyer to be subbed in... I presume.
