Mate of mine does the shoeing up at the Best yard- They really expected her to win today. Next time she runs. IF big word IF (coz she is a right moody mare)she goes off she will win!!
She is also the hardest horse my mate has to shoe! Kicked him in the wrist a bout a month back! She has to be held to be shod- She breaks leadrope after leadrope if tied up lol!
Would have been interesting to see how close Moon Dice would have gotten if not falling. Doyle seemed to be asking him to take up the running when he fell (clearly Tarla wasn't in any distress). He's much better on better ground as well
I agree ROTO Moon Dice is a good horse. Both going nicely enough before the fall. I am still impressed with the performance as the horses in behind are not bad at all. The 2nd horse was runner up to Hunt Ball at the festival
Not knocking the performance at all but I think we'd know more about Tarla had Moon Dice completed. I'm a big fan of Moon Dice and can't wait until he goes chasing next year.
Well, I wouldn't back her ever! She's meaner than my son-in-law's mother, and that's mean, believe me! P.S. Please advise, anyone, what relationship this woman (not the horse!) is to me. For God's sake don't say sister-in-law, Jeeeeze!
