That's a fair point, but then dropped points at the beginning of the season are rarely as crucial as at the end. The Southampton game was never going to be as crucial or as high pressure as the one against QPR at the end of last season, or the ones against Chelsea, Stoke and Sunderland when you came from behind to rescue vital points with us right alongside you.

Pretty sure our 2008 title winners started out with a draw at Reading, and the 2009 bunch with a draw at Newcastle, but came good when the pressure was on.

City have proven shown everyone today what they actually are. 11 mercenairies who dont really care, but just do enough to merit a pay check.
I cannot wait to see RVP and Rooney rip them to pieces at their little ground and avenge their stuffy referee assisted win at our place last year.
I can see SAF desperate to humiliate them so maybe we can expect us to win 7-1.
City are not good enough to be classed as rivals to us in their recent outings.
I expect them to fade away back into the highs of the Europa League at the end of the season.
We will win the lot this season and hopefully go the season undefeated and bring the Champions League and FA cup back to OT.

It will be good for all European football, because it will prove you dont have to spend money to win big prizes.
I could never truly celebrate any trophy win when it has simply been purchased like they have.

Of course they haven't, they don't have a built-in WUM sensor like we do, but it's understandable I guess...

I mean, how would a Liverpool fan spot a WUM when 99% of their fans truly believe that "next year will be our year"?

If you're so deluded yourself there's no distinction when someone else on a wind-up makes some outlandish claim...

He is a remarkably effective WUM tbf. He seems to get about three or four bites every time he posts, even tho every post is just a repetition of the same thing <laugh>
