Unfortunately none of us have seats on the board (that I am aware of) or have stayed long lost friends with Marty. Your guesses are as good as ours mate.
Everyone can only guess, there's obviously some truth in the rumours, but nobody really knows anything, all these supposedly ITK's are just passing on rumours.
I hope he is at the sol or aol. Just read this site every day and nothing ever comes off. FrustratiOn!
The beauty of the internet is the speed of which rumours can gather momentum, and before you know it, some people believe them and then re-quote them as if they are facts.
I do quite a bit of work with Dion Dublin and go out for a drink with him and a few of his pals quite regularly. I even played a charity football match at Cambridge Utd with him and a few others last month. I quizzed them all about signings and they knew nothing about SAFC targets unfortunately. They all thought we would probably get Fletcher though. That's the best ITK source I have got but its not much use as a Sunderland fan.
