I think it was a 2007 English league play off final. It's probably to do with all the stuff that's happened over the last six months because it's something positive for a change.
There is a rumour if Rangers draw an spl team in a cup competition , entry will be free through a voucher in the program , which will cost £15 , to deny the opposition money . Can't see that been allowed to happen
