    After the dust has settled down it all becomes clear, he didn't push an official down purposely, he just wanted to get to the touchline to give instructions (which he's entitled to do) and somebody was in the way.

    That's not true at all. where did you get that idea from? The situation went, Danny Simpson with a lazy pass down the line, intercepted by Bale, was deemed out of bounds by the Newcastle team + Pardew, the linesman didn't see as AVB was probably blocking his direct view, so Pardew was angry over the non-call, and the linesman just happened to be directly in front of him, so in a fit of anger he pushed the linesman... If you took a look at the video replays as well there's no sign of anything like wanting to give instructions.
