I dont see either lowering their standards to work for your joke of a company.

Note I said company as in working for Roman, not club. Your club is meh, company is a joke <ok>

Given the choice everyone would choose bayern. I think some people dont think managers pay attention to what goes on at other clubs when they clearly do.

They will see chelsea is a poisoned chalice <ok>

I agree. Given that Pep had to take a break from the game after only four seasons with Barca due to tiredness (or possibly just stress), I doubt he'll have the stomach to handle the wacky madness that is managing CFC.

Jose maybe, but then he's only ever moved to a bigger club. So now he's at Real, Chelsea will have to wait for him to either quit or be fired before they can go for him, and will also have to hope no bigger clubs come knocking when he moves.

Agree. Jose is volatile and could walk out on real if the mood takes him. It would be a step down from the biggest club in the world to come back to Chelsea. But ££££ and London will make up for it!

London maybe, but I doubt he'll care about the money. Mourinho's so rich he would work for free if the job was right for his ego. There's a chance he'll end up back at Chelsea, but I reckon any decent challenge at another club would turn his head - he's in it for the ego, and I reckon he'll get more out of a completely new challenge than from sifting through the pieces of his old team.

Can you really see Jose at United though? Fergie has said in the past he'd take up a role at the top when he retired from management, I personally wouldn't like to live in Fergie's shadow at United and I'm sure as **** Jose wouldn't! I can see him at City or back at Chelsea personally.

    I dont know.

I reckon its a done deal already, gentlemen's agreement style.

He will never go City, he manages big clubs.

Jose knows Fergie has been given time and freedom at United, so with his ego I really doubt following Fergie would put him off, although I suspect Mourinho may just stick around at Real for a good while longer.

Fergies not the kind of guy to interfere either.

He will be like Charlton, and Fergies managed pretty well with one of the football worlds greatest legend in the back ground <ok>

Slightly different I know but you understand my point.

Wins his first game as full time chelsea manager but from the reaction of fans it wasnt very convincing.

    Who said that?

It was a very convincing win, Wigan were **** and we weren't at full pelt due to having a game on Wednesday.

Just the reaction on the BBC from chelsea fans, called it boring and unconvincing.

The BBC said other than 2 gifted goals from defensive errors Chelsea had little else.

From their reaction it doesnt sound convincing but Chelsea havent been convincing for a while and well..... its not really affected you lol.
