Got to admit I was very surprised that Peltier got the arm band, I was sure Pearce or Norris had it in the bag!! Although Paddy did let it out of the bag last night on Twitter. Thought he played well as did the whole team today.

 

I'm pleased for him - Hope he continues to do well

I hope you don't think that one win makes you world beaters. You have signed a lot of average players, Peltier included.

EDIT; and Peltier looked a world beater as he scored the winner on his Leicester league debut too

 

Just knew you would bite..no we didn't,our cost next to nothing team performed as expected but not as we hoped.Your cost a fortune team failed on pretty much every level from the manager down,the most under performing team by a long way.
And our average players look a good team,where as your supposed good players look a very average team.lets face it your average keeper and free no one wanted striker were your best players last season.

 

I watched the 1st half. Pelts started well for us but after about 3 months he started to decline

Listening to it on the radio, i was surprised to hear that Pelts was captain ... and that he was at center back, he wasn't mentioned much on the radio after that (clinical interceptions, good tackles etc, not a wum, just the truth), maybe we have been playing him in the wrong position

Its not like any of our players do well when they move to you, look at Kisnorbo and Gradel ;p

Congrats on the win though, sounded like you played well, Rudolph was mentioned loads

There was one stand out Captain out there yesterday, his surname was Austin and I would be 100% behind him being made the official club captain from now on, Peltier is only captain due to him not saying anything and not interfering with Warnock's plans.

 

Boab, you don't really know what type of person he is but he does certainly set an example for how players should be so committed

 

That Austin looked decent in a tackle

The first half was poor not us. Neither team got going bits not like we was making tons of errors or anything. We was solid at the back but didn't create any chances and neither did Pboro

And for Leeds I don't see nothing in your midfield that will create chances for the strikers. Paul Green is crap
