    Theres no doubt in my mind the club wanted him gone but he didn't need any persuading neither. Maybe you should read the comments above again and you'll realise the problem is that despite picking up over 100k p/w, MO didn't look interested in playing for Newcastle. In fact he done more for your lot last night than he did in his last season for Newcastle. This is why he was booed.

    We already know the truth. MO was released as Newcastle could not afford to keep him while playing in the Championship. TBH we done better without him. MO is finished but that doesn't matter to him anymore as he's earned his millions but will still try and get one more final big pay day when ManU realease him at the end of this season. Good luck to whoever takes him on as they will need it.
