    Not at all mate, and nothing at all. Why is Owen the hated one when he tried harder than Martins and Viduka put together the year we went down. Was injured less than Martins and Viduka in his last 2 seasons. Missed less chances than them. Never faked commitment, he was never playing in the Championship, get a ****ing grip if you think he was going to. Martins pretended he was then jumped ship. It's not his fault Shepherd chucked money at him. Or paid that transfer fee. He was practically playing in midfield in his last 2 seasons, as he was that desperate to get involved in the game.

    Hows that? Martins couldn't give a **** and Viduka is a fat lazy ****. Owen played in a deeper role which you must have seen tonight he has continued doing. That's what he started doing with us as he wasn't seeing enough of the ball.

    At what point did he say he'd stay with us and pretend he loved the club? Martins saying he'd stay when we went down then he ****ed right off at first chance.

    Martins played 58 in last 2 seasons, Viduka 40, Owen 65. Explain how that's not more.

    You that aint got a clue.

    He was on 110k a week , missed several huge chances (Blackburn and Pompey at home spring to mind) and was injured all the time. Obviously he had to go when we went down! Did he expect us to pay him 110k in the fizzy pop? Would he take a pay cut? No.

    Also , was appointed captain during our relegation run in. Never acted like a captain and rarely spoke to the fans.


    So to sum it up : Owen is a ****ing bellend.

    If he stayed with us when we got relegated and took a significant pay-cut(50K even would do), signed a new contract and worked hard to get us promoted to the PL, I would've had much more respect for him <ok> but he decided to fook off and be in United's subs bench for the rest of his life, still picking up his good amount of weekly packet and looking sooooooo past it. He should just ****ing retire.

    Was our top scorer the year we went down. Was appointed captain 18 months before we went down... not exactly a relegation run in? Owen outscored Martins and Viduka in those last 2 seasons, in fact Viduka didn't score the year we went down. A captain doesn't have to speak to the fans a lot, he isn't and won't ever be that sort of captain.

    So if they didn't score a lot? It's normal because they're both ****... Owen was given the captaincy , the chances to keep us up , and the money. Yet he ****ed everything up and left us when the going got tough.

    Stupid pussy.

    Guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Unfortunately.

    He was just a **** captain. End of. 79 apps 30 goals. Nice contract, earning 120k/110k per week(whatever it is) and we ****ing paid £16 million for him. Simply not good enough. If we had got him for under 5m or on a free and on a lower wage packet then most on here wouldn't be that pissed off. Yes he was our top scorer but he put in too many lacklustre performances in our relegation season(Pompey at home spring to mind.. totally disinterested and already thinking about his next club.. disgrace).

    He wasn't on good form that's true. Just don't enjoy how much **** he gets when in his 2 proper seasons he was injured less than his competitors, scored more than them yet none of them ever get any abuse.

    We gave Martins loads of abuse at Brum! And Viduka has retired... So we gave all of them a lot of stick...

    And he was injured less than both of them? Come on.....
