    very poor today and he needs to change his boots, did he manage to get a cross off the floor?

    He did work hard but I think and I think MoN does as well that the pressure needs taking off him, remember this time last year he had signed for 300k to go into our development squad, a lot has happened since then and I would actually bring in someone to compete with him, Matty Phillips or Tom Ince at Blackpool and Zaha at Palace one of them would be a good option.

    I don't want the lad to be one of those players who is fantastic first season and slowly drops off season upon season, bring in someone to challenge him then if it gets to much for him and he isn't on form have him on the bench for 5 or 6 games as sometimes thats the best thing that can happen to a young player that they get taken out of the firing line for a few weeks and I think thats what MoN will do

    good points mate im sure your right and after that interview mon gave im excited to see who we get in! gonna be an exciting couple wks i reakon :)
