Fantasy football - post your teams and tips

To try and take our minds off of the summer-long carboot sale currently happening at our club, why not have a fantasy football discussion?

What does everyone's team look like? I'm using the Barclays official league and I've got:



Also, is there a Not606 league to join this year?

 

Interesting, our teams are radically different. Hoping Cazorla reels in the points this season

 

Looked around, and there seems to be leagues but only for individuals boards. Someone could set one up for our board, though.

 

Could do it, but not sure whether to put the league code publicly in this topic.

 

Why would that be a problem?

 

Put Bosingwa on the bench. He's ineligible for tomorrow.

Nice idea for a thread

I've listed the players in my team and the substitutes.

Cech, Williams, Walker, Kompany

Allen, Sinclair, Cazorla, Ramires, Y Toure

Pogrebnyak, Aguero

Subs: Howard, Coloccini, Graham, Hangeland.

Any ideas how I could improve this?

Hopefully we get a few of us so it's competitive.

 

Knew I should have stuck Michu in my team.

 

18 points.. urghh.

Still got Rooney and a couple of Chelsea players but not a great start.

 

Mate, I'm even worse off, 13 points from 5 players -.- Having said that, I've still got Kompany, Mata, Evra, Ramires, Yaya and Aguero all to play, Aguero being my captain and Yaya my VC,
but swapping out koscielny for the Neanderthal really cost me

 

Swapped Sinclair for Dyer... it paid dividends as I got 13 points for him and the bonus still to be added.
Overall I used 5 players, and got 24 points. Still got Aguero (cap), Y Toure (vc), Valencia and R Ferdinand as my best players that haven't played yet.

 

Didn't know Ferdinand was injured... just found out now. Apparently two months on the sidelines.

 

Got off to a bad start today. Ferdinand injured, Aguero stretchered off. He was my captain, and also Ramires didn't play. 2 points from three players, although I think Ferdinand will be replaced by another defender I had so I won't lose the points.
