Appreciate what you say here. But the likes of Bangura and Murphy have been given more first team games and have done **** all.

They have also done **** all in b and bounce games.

I reckon Rasmussen was the sort of player who would do better in the first team. Now that's not good that his hearts not in it for reserve games etc, and his attitude clearly sucked. But he would have been a better option than either of those two and out scored them easily

Rhodes revealed seeing his name linked with numerous top clubs did not seem real, so he has had no problem maintaining his down-to-earth approach. The 22-year-old - who is in line to make his first start for Scotland during Wednesday's friendly against Australia - has been linked with the likes of Celtic, Fulham, Aston Villa and Blackburn.
Rhodes - who hit 48 goals last season for Huddersfield and Scotland U21s - said: "Sometimes you might see your name in the paper but you think they are talking about someone else."
He added: "You always dreamt of seeing your name in lights one day but you never thought it would come true.
"While I'm still working as hard as I can, seeing my name in the papers linked with one club or another, it doesn't really seem that real. It seems surreal if anything.
"While it's fantastic and very flattering, you don't really take too much notice of it because you don't really think too much of it is true."
Lennon could move for Rhodes if Celtic qualify for the Champions League group stages but the Glasgow club could be priced out if English Premier League clubs start bidding.
"It's not something that's on my mind at the moment," Rhodes said. "I was a Celtic fan growing up and had all the jerseys, and went to the matches with my dad.
"It would be something as a kid I dreamt of doing, but they have got a fantastic club and I'm sure they will attract many a good player.
"Sometimes it might not happen but as a kid it would have been a dream come true."

Is this the boy that it was in the papers today that he's coming to us, along with 5 mill, with Izzy going the other way?

Is that not Vaughan fae Norridge?

    **** talk imo.

A lot of folk are saying Izzy never got it back after the injury. i remember he was magnificent in the last ever derby game.

I think he is just a slow slow starter.

    I'd prefer Mackay-Steven ...

If Celtic could get both Russell and Mackay-Steven for say, £3.5m tops then I think they'd be great additions to the squad.

I agree with Pud, that Birmingham City player would look down on our players especially Forrest and Commons

Shock horror, Celtic buy a player,,, Hmmmmmmmm.

They just take your money and shaft you, at least Rangers got shafted by Craig Whyte, one man.

Oor Peter has took up where the Kelly's and another family that rhymes with Scheidt ended.

Raped and pillaged for years and it continues. Oh oh, i fear another share issue for the placton to feed on.
