seems strange that Liverpool fans would say he is only driven by money, he will earn less then Downing, Babel and carroll. Puts it into perspective
i used Babel as an example because he was rubbish, equally with Carroll and Downing. Also to the person who suggested we couldnt out bid you for a player...do a bit of research.
We could easily give him higher wages. We were talking about a quote from the lad himself saying he couldn't refuse the offer. Climb out of your own arse pal. didnt come here to wind you up, simply stating that just because a player didnt join you doesn't mean you wern't interested in him any more. He is a major sigining for us. Also our manager and best player are both Liverpool fans
Mate it's a fantastic signing for you, and I've said as much on your board. I would have been happy if he signed for us! But the fact he signed for you boys means for some reason we will have cooled our interest, perhaps we are looking at someone else or maybe Rodgers is done for the window.
Also to the person who said we are not a "financial powerhouse" our owner is worth just less than 3 times more than John Henry. add that to the £65 million we earn from promotion...

Yet, John Henry isn't our owner so that argument is out of the window. Also, it doesn't stand that the wealth of your owner is a direct correlation to how much of a financial powerhouse the club is.
Swansea...Check, Man Utd....Check, Spuds....Check and now Saints - the list of obsessives just keeps growing. I think he's a cracking signing and IF, you don't survive this term you'll have great resale value to cushion the blow of going down. I did say IF so please don't shoot me for that.
What you say is partly true but it is also true we do not have the kind of debts you have......... No we do not consider we are one of the big clubs......However just like Liverpool years ago we are at last starting to grow....just watch this space.
What are you chatting about? We have a small amount of working debt (cerca 30 mil), as does any business. Are you mixing us up with United (400 mil debt) or with our previous debt ridden ownership?
