I think this needs revisiting. I'm getting tired of having every thread derailed by QPR wums. We need to address this somehow - ignoring them works but it only works if we all do it, which we don't seem to be able to do. My suggestion: come to a "gentlemen's agreement" to keep all "banter" to one single thread, so we can all bitch at eachother in one place and not keep ruining perfectly good threads. If any of the QPR wums break this agreement, we request a ban.

Guys I have to say bringing the tread back again is pointless Personally I don’t think we should block everyone from the forum who’s post you disagree with. Every board have WUMs visiting it and in general they are ignored. If we get a Mod then I understand the Mod can black them. They then go away set up another account and within 5 minutes they are back again it achieves nothing. The fact that some people keep bringing it up makes it worse… I haven’t seen any other boards have treads about WUMs on it… it just looks petty and is going to encourage more to follow suit. Personally I welcome other fans on here even Northolt. Yes on our board he does come across as a WUM but if you ever go over to the QPR board he also has a valid opinion and talks some sense (also a lot of bollox too but that’s my opinion as a Fulham fan). He also likes winding certain members up and by them repeatedly objecting to his posts is only going to make him continue. At the end of the day he is only having a laugh so either join in with him as some people do or ignore him as other do… by objecting to him isn’t going to achieve anything.
I've gone for the 'Ignore' solution some time ago. It sounds like Bandit likes getting involved in replying to an idiot like Northolt, so leave him to get on with it, and those of us who want to, just ignore Northolts posts and the rest of his groupies. I think when we first started the forum I asked if cyprussyd could look into making the dislike button a vote for members on who they could block. But nothing seemed to happen. I guess the Ignore list was the best they could do.
I just get tired of all the completely useless threads designed to wind people up. They're as funny as AIDS and half as useful, which is reflective of the author.

SBM I think that 'conversation' and I say that loosely, happened a while back. No offense, but I won't be told who I can or can't talk to. This is a forum where people are allowed to speak their minds, not a dictatorship where people are refused the right to talk to others. If you don't like NORTHOLT (not many do) then that's absolutely fine, but don't try and persuade others to feel the same way as you. What is life without a little banter?
But that's what I said in my original post, if you want to chat with Northolt then you can, while I will ignore him, but I can see why people would rather he and some others didn't frequent this forum and ask for a ban, some of the QPR tend to try and goad us into a response, and some of them get personal when they lose the banter.
To be honest I only bumped this thread as he seems to run off with a whimper when he remembers he's not really wanted here. I can put up with one WUM thread every now and again, but when it gets more than that it's just annoying and a bit sad really.
