    I'd take him back but for no more than 12M maybe 14M at a push. I have promised my Liverpool mate, who was giving it large when they got him, that if we get him for less than £15M ill buy him the new Liverpool kit with Carroll 35 on the back haha

    THIS! I know it's been said before, but I really do love this part of the whole equation.

    We either get that lot for simply 'loaning' Carroll to Liverpool, OR you could view it that we've swapped Carroll for the money it took to but this lot:
    Tiote, Cabaye, Cisse, Anita, Benni, Santon + Bigi - that's over half a team (and some of our best players at that)

    Hysterical.


    Also, shows the excellent dealing we've been doing when you also add on the 'free' transfers of the likes of Ba, Marvo, Amalfitano etc.
