Kyle Bartley / Angel Rangel

Rumour has it your after Rangel and Bartley is currently in Swansea and has been spotted, possible swap deal? What do you guys make of him?

 

Hes a bit raw but has potential. He does tend to have a tendancy to hoof the ball at times but is still young and has time on his side thougj he is very much a typical english centrr back who isnt afraid to slide into challenged and loves a crunching tackle though he tend to be a bit rash at times.

 

What do you make of rangel btw.?

 

The perfect right back for our system, not the quickest but gets up and down the right flank all game, would be suprised to see him go to you to be honest (as he would only be backup to sagna), very comfortable with the ball at his feet and would suit your style.
Sky sports news now reporting Barkley having a medical with is, they should have come to me....I could have told them hours ago

If Bartley has gone, then it increases the likelihood that we will sign another defensive player

 

That's a great deal there. Hope he does well

 

Seems likely that we will get Angel Rangel now... I'm not too displeased.
Just so as he does not repeat the trick he performed at the Emirates last season...

Arsenal are close to signing Swansea City defender Angel Rangel as cover for right back. Deal involves Arsenal players going on loan 2 Swans

That was on the 13th August.

I'll be more than happy with Rangel, very good RB.

 

Not sure whose fault it is, but he is normally a solid player so I'll take the risk..

 

The goal was down to vorm just throwing the ball straight at Rangel allowing arshavin to score (possibly vorms only mistake all season)

 

Rangel is far better than Jenko so could only be a positive signing tbh.

 

I remember Vorm's part in it but didn't realise the other player was Rangel
I think it may have something to do with watching the game in a beer haze

 

Rangel is pretty decent, nothing more. He'll be a good backup for Bacary. other than that, i haven't really got a clue about him.
