    <ok>

People MASSIVELY overrate Tevez and Balotelli.

Tevez only time as a top striker was when he was the centre of attention at City. Bar that one off occassion he has been poor everywhere else in the PL

7 goals in 29 at West ham lol

19 goals in 63 at United.

First season where he wasnt the big dog at City.... 4 in 14.

    Yeh....well good <ok>

Little bit of a bitter post that, van persie and Rooney are better than Tevez. They have an awesome strike force though with aguero silva, nasri Ballotelli and a big Yaya running the midfield.

They would do just aswel without Tevez IMO.

    Just what I was thinking.

Although if City were so well stocked in attack, and Mancini so happy with his options, why has he spent most of the last year trying to sell at least one of Dzeko, Tevez and Balotelli, and why did he have such a public strop with Marwood when City missed out on RVP?

All's not as well as it seems at Eastlands methinks...

    Nooo, Aguero is overrated...
Tevez is better than him.. Aguero can be better in time though.

Aguero goes missing in games... Tevez runs games..

Tevez is only good when hes the focal point.

He very much isnt anymore just as he wasnt at United. He was shocking at WHU for ages aswell.

I was a United fan who didnt like the guy at all, always preferred Berbatov over him when they were both at United.

Carlos Tevez being a world class striker is one of footballs biggest lies. Hes scored 13 goals for his country aswell.

If hes world class, Carricks better than all the barcelona midfield <ok>

I kind of agree to be honest, Aguero will get more goals but Tevez does much better work outside of the box, just my opinion of course.

If Tevez is doing work outside the box then YAYA and Silva are not doing their jobs.

City dont need Tevez to be running around like hes lost, they need a player scoring goals and not ****ing off for months.

In essence they need anyone but Tevez.

Say they sell tevez and buy grant holt..... step up <ok>

Not entirely serious just making a point.

Also, surely you all notice its about Tevez for Tevez, remember the first games against us for example, he doesnt give a flying **** about City or their fans, hes been trying to prove a point to fergie and hes failed big time. Fergie said he was bad for the team and a bit of a ****. He was right.

    No, he was far from.

19 goals in 63 games isnt good for a 'world class' striker.

Hernandez scored that in his first season

Oh yeah, Hernandez, I remember him.. I tihnk <laugh>

Tevez is very good, when he's in the mood, like another Sh!tty player I can mention, but won't.. bit risky having two moody sh!ts as your strikeforce 1st prefs

Exactly, when hes in the mood.

This is a guy who talks about retiring every season and has done since he was 12 seconds old.

    Probably.

Tho' 90% of the rest of the country seems to spend their summer claiming Utd are in decline and will struggle next year. Just thought I'd see how the other half lives <ok>

Tevez is a prized tit and did as much for Citys title win as Stefan Savic.

ooooohh missed out on two whole targets - wow! sack SAF now!!! (thats sarcasm by the way, which you may have missed). I'm sure Man U have missed out on more than two signings, but then so has every club in the whole world - thats just how the transfer market works - there are lots of factors involved (clubs agreeing, contracts, money, location, history, agents bullshitting, wife/gf favourite colour shirt etc etc). In the end, Man U have another one of Europes established top goal scorers for 'only' £24million so thats gotta be a good thing.

Personally I think SAF just enjoys watching defenders **** themselves every time Man U cross the half-way line!
