Just a couple of questions regarding my fantasy league team if anyone can answer them it would be greatly appreciated. 1. Do you expect Vaz Te to play often and chip in with many goals? I noticed him doing well last season but haven't seen enough to cast judgement on whether he will do well in the prem or not. and 2. Where about's will Nolan play? Will he be fairly advanced and chip in with goals and assists or does he play a bit deeper? Thanks
Vaz Te will mostly play out on the wing, he scored alot in the Championship but its hard to say how he will do in the Prem as there are so many players who do well in the championship but fail to step up. I think Vaz Te will probably get 8-13 goals in the season if he steps up, I think BFS will play him often. Nolan will play behind the CF and will be played often by BFS, I think 8 Goals would be a good return for him but it has he still got it? Other players who might be shrewd signings are Noble who takes the Penaltys and doesn't miss that often but sits back in Midfield and Maiga looked good in Pre Season with his head and if he is played as a CF, we will play long to him and it could have the same effect as when Carroll was at Newcastle. That's funny, I just popped on to this board for the same reason Think you'll keep many clean sheets this season? I am thinking of a West Ham defender, maybe Guy Demel? Is he likely to play most games?
Hard one to say, BFS often makes good defensive teams but our main GK left during the summer and the 2 we have got both are worse than him imo. If you do pick a defender I would pick Tomkins as he often gets a few goals during corners and free kicks + he is likely to play alot.
personaly I'd go for (and have myself) McCartney, as he's the only LB we have and will probably play every game, I also have Vaz te in the team as I think he's class, but if you're gonna pick a West Ham player I'd say Nolan, he'll play most games, isn't gonna lose too many points from conceding and will score a few.
