It's a squad game these days and if other forwards are doing better it would just as mental to play him just because he cost a few quid. Bruce played under Fergie and he's the master of easing players in until he thinks they are ready. For what it's worth I think he'll start and certainly have no beef with that but if he's on the bench on Saturday I will see why that decision has been made.
