This morning there was some office football banter flying around, the usual stuff about Rangers no longer existing/stripping of titles etc when one of the lads said âAnyway, weâve won 61 titles, not 54â. Slightly perplexed I googled â61 titles for Rangersâ and the first hit was this from RangersMedia:- âWe've won 61 titles, 54 plus 7 wartime titles. It's about time we trumpeted this fact. With what may be coming, remind yourselves that we will be the judges of our record and how many titles we have won, so forget the 54, it's time we started saying 61. We welcome the chaseâ. Now me being a cynical old sod thinks this maybe be something of a âcomfort blanketâ just in case The Rangers should be stripped of tainted trophies. When I actually looked into what Rangers had actually won in these 7 years it became quite clear that I was wrong and this is no comfort blanket, it is straws being desperately clutched. 61 titles
Haven't you noticed Frank The **** uses it as his signature I've tried asking him about it in my usual sensitive manner but so far he's declined to comment
There's a bit of bartering going on here. We say 0 titles, they say 61. Using the 'Deal or no Deal' system I think we offer them 20 and be done with it

The same Francis the **** that said this; Horrendously arrogant, even in jest. I remember thinking at the time that it looked very much like that would bite him on the arse. As for the 61 ****e, i think it is quite funny. I am almost certain that this was predicted as well.
