Don't you mean Capital One Cup And Hornette, we drew Bradford in the FA Cup last season (and won 4-2) Let's hope for a repeat! Not been past 2nd round of the league cup the past two years
Saw my first ever cricket match at Bradford Park Avenue...Sir Len Hutton scored 149 not out against Notts, a detail I carried with me for 55 years or more and proved to be correct when I checked it on the Internet. What I hadn't remembered was that rain stopped play before the end. Not much change there then!
A quarter of our division are already out of the competition, so I can't see any reason why we can't be this year's surprise package from the Championship but with our recent record in this competition, we're just as likely to fall flat on our faces in this game.
Surprised at the positivity about a cup run. I'm not getting all doom and gloom about the football, but only the weather stopped Wycombe from being the most miserable home cup atmosphere I've ever experienced. I will only CONSIDER going to the Bradford game if it's a tenner.
Can't we all just call it by it's proper name? The League Cup! Hate calling it the capital one cup, sounds so ****, may as well be called the mickey mouse cup!
oh yes, that's right..FA Cup...it was a terrible game if i remember rightly, and somehow we managed to get a result that made us look good....how far we came last season eh?
They are a team in progress... club is broke etc etc. A team like we can put out should win this one....
