I'm pleased that O'neill has been trying Mcclean down the right flank. I think this will add to his overall game. Also knowing that Seb can switch left too and Richardson can play left it adds to our options in a game. I thought there were times last season when the wingers should have swapped flanks. I know it's an old practise but it can be very affective.
