But you are a midtable club, your league position in the last 2 seasons testifies to that. And the only reason Sahin would ever go to you, is only if we chose to not sign him. If we want Sahin, we will get Sahin, simple as that.
As for Tello, Arsenal don't need him, we have enough wingers as it is, plus I doubt we are actually after him.
Kevin Mirrallas, Belgian international, say's we're interested in him: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2188169/Arsenal-want-says-Kevin-Mirallas.html
Load of utter bollocks. They have saw that Barca are interested in Song and just linked Tello to us as part of that deal. There is no need for Tello. We have plenty of wide players. Nuri Sahin? Yes, we know that we have been seriously linked with him and those stories are credible.
Moving on, someone up there mentioned Kevin Miralles - his buy out clause (like with Ba) has expired, so it looks like he won't be leaving.
Apparently, the Song to Barca deal is close. Barcelona vice-president Josep Bartomeu is in London trying to finalise it. Sky Sports, are the source for this one. Would not mind that much if Song is replaced by Sahin and M'Vila.
I still would prefer Capoue to M'Vila. Yes, he's not as well known, but he's cheaper, and is a proper CDM, he can tackle, his positioning is great, he's a real physical prescence. Wenger has bought intelligently this window, going for cheaper yet proven options, Capoue would be another.
Despite all those stories from Sky, according to Jamie Sanderson (Young Guns bloke) we are keen to hold on to Song and he is not forcing the move. Would take a great offer to even tempt us . Probably, £20 Mil plus, which would be amazing and be hard to down turn down.
I don't understand why Barca want song. He doesn't fit their profile, for starters, he gives the ball away far too often.

On the BBC transfer gossip page, the Indy are saying the Barca president is looking to tie up a deal for Song, arguing int he red tops how much RVP will go for, and Blackburn interested in a six month deal for Chamakh http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/gossip/
Am I the only one not hugely impressed by Sahin? I really would prefer Song to stay, and invest in someone else. Although our midfield is so crowded right now.
I think sahin is much better than Song and is exactly the cover we need infront of our fragile defence. Hope the chamcakh rumour is true
Just been on the Liverpool board and they seem pretty confident that sahin is going to them, mind you wouldn't be the first time those boys have been delusional haha. But there does seem to be pretty strong rumours that he is going there. I think it has a lot to do with the buy clause that wenger wanted, I really don't see the point in taking the player, developing him, making him an integral part of the team then having to give him back next year, as it could be like losing another big name signing. So in short I think wenger will have done the right thing by not taking him on loan if that is the case.
It's because of the echo mate, they're one step more accurate than the regular press and just behind the BBC in terms of validity. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/live...-madrid-s-nuri-sahin-on-loan-100252-31624719/
I know the Liverpool rumours seem strong right now. However, the fact remains is that Arsene apparently made a phone call to him last week, the player wants Arsenal but Mou prefers that he join L'pool due to his connections with BR. I don't exactly know what's going to transpire in this case.
