New season is nearly upon us, its been to long. Saying that after watching the olympics a bit more proffesionalism from some footballers would be nice not that it will ever happen.

Now no WUMming, but let us look at the facts here... What value have the Glazers added to their investment? I'm not intimate with manc ownership, but AFAIK, they have just used the club as collateral for loans. OT has had no further expansion or improvements, Carrington is unchanged, have they made any sponsorship deals that are noteworthy?

While on the other hand, no manc fan can surely put their hand on their heart and claim their squad is better than when the Glazers bought them. And no matter what business assets the club may have, if the team is not successful, the rest of it comes crashing down. Fergie has finite time in charge, the squad is ageing, replacements have not been to the same quality. This is not me wishful thinking, sat here with my fingers crossed, hoping they implode, this is fact. You have brought in one kid, and one average Japanese mid-fielder, that AFAIK was not wanted by anyone else.

So as an Investor, yes there are bricks and mortar, but that is not going to make my investment worth more in future, and when I see that only 3% of my investment will actually go into the club, while 97% will make the Glazers more money....???? Well I do feel that the $4 price is accurate, but, based on the Facebook floatation, there are enough stupid and optimistic people out there with more money than sense.

I am more than happy for someone to come back and point out things I don't know, but I've not see any of the value adding that FSG have done for us, happen at OT. But as it stands ManU Plc is worth less now, than when the Glazers took over.
