Or the one where Stewart missed from inside the area in the second half, that was a defence-splitting through ball from Cairney.

I don't see him play that often, but he is a bit like Neil Lennon was for Celtic as a player, doesn't do a lot of running, but tries to be the link between the defence and attack.

like I said in one of my earlier posts, he did look alot better with Koren alongside. He got forward and like you say did some good passes.

In the first half though Mmm can't recall any real passes of note. Alot went backwards.

It was Koren with the outside of his foot.

Cairney did play alot better at the end of the game. He got forward, his passing was better. I think with Koren in the middle he had somebody to pass to. Mckenna is okay, he tackles and can close space down but he is dreadfull on the ball.

I think it depends on how Bruce will want to play. Evans and Mckenna in the middle, we will keep it tight and hope to nick one nil's - Cairney and Koren we will score more and look better going forward but obviously let more in and be vunerable.

There isnt a more gifted and natural footballer in the club. However, he can be lazy and loses possesion too easily. When he does he is loath to try to get the ball back. Im not sure he has the attitude to get any better and that is disappointing.

I think McKenna is alright on the ball - far, far better than Evans.

TC injury withdrawl could just be a precaution. If TC is out for saturday i dont see it as anything to worry about and If Aluko gets his International Clearance through then Koren moves back into central midfield. Sorted.

Brighton already without Will Hoskins for saturday and may have others missing after internationals and tonights cup game at Swindon.
