    I must admit I did think that when I saw the name. I was sure I could recall threads where his head was requested on a plate! <yikes>

    Then when I tried to recall the games in question I couldn't. Its ok if he's a homer though!

    He was also the referee when De Jong broke Ben Arfa's leg and I seem to remember he told Ben Arfa to get up.

    He was standing right on top of the incident and didn't even issue a yellow even after De Jong brought his other leg around HBA to try and snap it off after the original foul.

    Well the Benni incident is a definite black mark from me. Though to be fair to him I've had to argue the case against De Jong with some of our own! "just a strong tackle" No its ****ing not, he had no reason to go in at that pace or scissor him!!! Don't start me again man.........

    Maybe Ba of Cisse was referring to him calling shots in favour of the home team, it hasn't worked that way for us though. He's one of the refs I have a go at during the game. Depends what colour glasses he's wearing I suppose. Just can't stand the guy though.

    To make matters worse he gave City a pen when Willo made a perfectly clean tackle and won the ball. Even the City fans couldn't believe it.

    He also decided not too give us a pena when shola was blatantly brought down right in front of our fans, we were fuming to say the least.

    Being a pessimistic Spurs fan if you score first I really fear for us. It wouldn't be at all surprising if Defoe got injured playing for England on Wednesday leaving us with the completely unproven Harry Kane up front. I would bite your hands off for a point right now.

    I've got a feeling in my gut that says we'll be losing 0-1 until around the 80th minute, and Cisse will score a belter to equalise, and we'll all go home happy with a point.
