I don't think he would get them playing like Barce neither, and to be honest I doubt he'll even agree to join Chelsea, but I still think Roman will go after him and if he doesn't get him I think he will just turn his attentions to whoever is the big name manager in the news this season and go after them.
I don't think its going to happen now. City are on the verge of making their first signing. Everton have apparently agreed a fee with Manchester City for Jack Rodwell. Its in the region of £20 million. This should stop Mancini from moaning, which is the main reason why he could talk himself into getting sacked.
If rodwell signs for city then its time to congratulate him on his short and injury hit career. He will play no more than a handful of games a season, even if fully fit
Rodwell going to £ity is, hopefully, a sign that they are going to gift Ade to us We desperately need a striker.
Why on earth would we be jealous. We were linked years ago when he was 18 and on occasion the story was rehashed. I was stating his careers over unless he moves away from city, like erm...now Read Adam Johnson, SWP, Scott Parker and more as evidence that these clubs do their very best to destroy young english players.
I rated the young Rodwell, I thought he would of been a real talent, but over the last few years he doesn't seem to have progressed as expected and now just looks like a decent English midfielder, nothing more.
Still wating for spurd to win fkn ANYTHING for all your powershifting, fk off back to your patatoe board you spunk monkey. All you got left is hoping chelski & le arse fail you knob polisher
Yes, one game with 10 men writes our entire season. By your logic, last season your utter drubbing of 5-1 was you relegated at the beginning of last.
Bit like Roy, Rafa and the Racist. Now Rodgers. RDM is a goner next summer regardless; RA has lined someone up to take over, that's why RDM is on a short contract
Rijkaard or Benitez? They're pretty much the only recent CL winning managers not to have had a spin on the merry-go-round yet
It will most likely be Pep or Jose. I want Jose (guaranteed 90-95 points and title) but reckon we will get Pep, which may well not work.
I doubt you will get Pep to be honest, Bayern are also after him and I expect him to go there, probably for less money too, they have apparently already had talks with him and given him assurances about how much time and control he would be given, and Del Bosque is also urging him to go to Germany.
