Only saw last 10 mins of first half,M6 was a car park good of them to delay the kick off. Was surprised Chelsea remained open after going down to 10 men,surely taking mata or hazard off replaced by cahill with Ramires sitting in front as a shield was the way to go? Mikel doesn't do enough to justify his place and lampard seems to give the ball away a lot these days Torres must have been a plus,thought he was outstanding on his own

Had it been a match of importance he may have done but I was pleased he didn't. We know we can shut up shop if needed
Both teams held back. Especially City. You could see clearly City if need be could have gone up another gear if they needed to. We are not quite on their level but the signs were promising. 11 vs 11 City were better than us but they did not outplay us, we gave as good as we got. The bottom line is we're a team of individuals at the moment but we can only get better. It was clear to see who had played together for 60 odd games and who hadnt. We arent going to play a team as good as that in all other 36 league games so if a raw rusty Chelsea side can get that kind of result with 10 men for 50 minutes I see no reason to hit the panic button. Time to judge will be v Wigan but I'm certain we will bounce back with a decent result
