    If he is nearing fitness I'd save him for a cameo role against Blackpool. That's a more important games. Lose to Man Utd and we're not any worse off, lose to Blackpool and it's squeaky bum time.

    I asked Simon Bird (@simonbirdmirror) about it on Twitter. He's usually quite reliable. According to him the last 3 games is the target, so doesnt look as though he'll be on the bench tonight...
